Do you wear specs while using computer

I have seen people making low number specs for wearing them while using computer or laptop. Some people put a shield on the screen so that computer/ laptop doesn't affect their eyes. What do you do to for your eyes while using computer?

I had too as my eyesight is blur without specs. And due to long hours in front of the computer, my eyesight is getting blur...

Well i have to wear specs the whole day but i do take precautions like keeping distance from the screen and keeping screen adjustments for minimum brightness and optimum lighting.

Is it necessary to take care of eyes while using computers ? I never thought about it and all these years I just my bear eyes while using computers.

Hi Indua, welcome to myLot. I would say I have abuse my eyes so much due to computer screen. Now I can't read off my 19" screen without my glasses. I would suggest you wear anti-glare coated specs when in front of a computer screen and light at you back very much like when reading a book.
