Does anyone knows where I can download a free antivirus program? What about McAfee, is it good? Or do you prefer another program? Thanks

I was using new version of AVG it is free and have a cool updates.Likewise,it includes Anti-Virus,Anti-Spyware,email scanner,link scanner and resident shield.

AVG Kasperky I use AVG anti-virus and firewall on my desktop but for windows don't expect a perfect anti-virus. Sometimes it's more important to know how to avoid email virus or trojans than having a good anti-virus. The safest option is for certain to use Linux or Mac OS. :)

As you are talking about free antivirus, then i would simply suggest you to go for MS Windows Defender. And for the paid ones i suggest Kaspersky AntiVirus 7 or the latest one!

I use ESET NOD32.It scans my hard disk really fast.It takes about 5 minutes to scan my hard disk of 200gb.It also never slows down the computer.It detects all the viruses and even updating is easy and fast.

But is nod32 free? Cuz it doesn't look like it's free. And how do you add an image to your response? I thought you only could add an image if you start a discussion? Thanks for responding

i highly recommend avg antivirus. There is a free and paid version. I have used the free version of it for years.

I would suggest Antivir from Avira. It has free and premium versions. I've used the free personal edition for years and it works quite well.

I prefer Kaspersky. I used so many. But it's the Best of them. You try it.
