Sen. McCain's comments

If anyone has been reading the news lately, they would have seen John McCain commenting that more soldiers are needed in Iraq, as many as 20,000, to help stabilize it. What do you think?

We're killing too many of our young people over there now. This war is unnecessary, expensive, and isn't proving anything. You can't teach old middle easterners new tricks.

At the same time, part of the reason our soldiers are dying is we don't have enough people to keep the violence under control. If you send in enough soldiers to stop the militants, we won't be losing as many.
