I prefer responding than starting a new discussion. It is also fun posting comments to those who responded to my discussion and If I had something in mind then I would start a discussion.

I never started a new discussion. I've only ever posted my opinion and what i think. I think if i came up with a good idea for a discussion i would post it. Or if i had a problem i need help in resolving and if i really want to know or discuss something. Mylot.com is a very big website full of members and i do think that i don't start discussions sometimes because i know it would of been discussed many times before. I am new so i don't know many previous discussions at all. I guess i worry i'll annoy or bore other users with my own discussions. Who knows? maybe i'll pluck up the courage and start creating my own discussions.

I prefer responding too. I love reading the disussions that others make in many interests here and everday I could spend the whole day replying if only I had time. I don't start many discussions unless I have a really brilliant idea - there are so many others who are good at doing that

Me too, I don't usually start a discussion. But I will make an effort to think of what discussion to start.. I prefer responding, because I don't have to worried that I won't get any response for my discussion LOL!
