Well,for my age. I've already slept with quite many womens..
when i'm thinking about those pst experience.. I say to myself, "ohh my god, i could be sick right now.."
I'm not a doctor, and don't have eny interest in the medical field..
I'm just wonderin if how could i know that someone has STD..

Unless they're symptomatic, you can't tell. Even if they're symptomatic, you might not be able to tell.
The only way to know, for sure, is to demand the results of their STI screening, and sometimes the screenings don't tell all or the person doesn't have an active enough infection to test positive. Asking the person directly might not even get you an honest answer or the person might not know.
I'd encourage you to get screened so that you can get any treatment you might need and so that you can warn your partners and take preventative measures in your future 'adventures.'
