When I make my speggetti sauce I always mke a giant pot and freeze little tupperware dishes of it. I use the sauce on dishes like this and for gnocci, When I make manacoti I use either Basil in the cheese or I'll use chives which is my favorite! Hope this helps ya! tdemex

It a potayoe based pasta and is excellent, everyone I've made it for has raved about it. It's a little work but not bad, when it's done I brush it with olive oil shake a light coat of parmasian and put then under the broiler for about 2 to 3 minutes. Usually top it off with pesto sauce!

I have never made manacoti but go to cooks.com and ask for
manicotti recipes and I bet you they will have them. they
have never let me down yet and I have used them for ages.
the green leaves are probably oregano, thats my guess
anyway.
