Well I am glad that I am not the only one who doesn't know what a santol is.
I think it may of the orange family? But I am only guessing. What do you think?
Perhaps our friend will now enlighten us, or if our friend doesn't know and wants to know, perhaps someone else will post and tell us what one is?

Okay! Santol is a yellow circle fruit. I'm not sure if it's from the Orange family. When you slice it in half, there are four oval seeds.
There are two I know how to eat it. First: Slice it in half, get and suck the seeds like a candy. Second: Peel the skin thickly, cut the Santol many times (checkerd) then eat it like an apple with salt.

Yes I do enjoy fruits very much and no I did not know what a santol was. My favorite fruits are pears and bananas. Thanks for informing me on what a santol was exactly. You contributed to my knowledge for the day.

Hi santol is good and yummy. The only thing I don't like santol is the seeds. Big santol have bigger seeds too. I like it them when it is meaty. This fruit is found in the tropical areas. We have a lot of this in the Philippines.

Santol is a brown fruit that has hairy, white and sweet content. Just eat the hairy white substance and throw away the sees. I sometimes swallow the small seed but be careful of the big seeds. You might choke on them.

yes obviously i do. Fruit is one of my favorite item. But now please let me know about Santol what this is supposed to be???

Hehe. Santol doesn't belong to the orange family. It is the cousin of mangostene and santol is also called wild mangostene. I don't know guys if you know mangosteen. Santol is a rounl yellow orange fruit. The pulp of the fruit can be sweet or sour and it contains an inedible seed. Bangkok santol is te best because the pulp is thick and it is very sweet. YUMYUM!!!
