In my opinion cheddar and stinking bishop are the best. What is yours?

French cheeses, hands-down! These range from chèvre (goat) cheese from different regions to cheeses like Rocquefort and etc.
I used to think cheddar was great until I went to France and tried semi-soft and soft cheeses there. Since then, hard cheese just doesn't do it for me.

Hi askin, welcome to mylot and enjoy your stay here. Well my favourite is ALL lol. I love cheese and sometimes I think that I was a mouse in another life lol. I like any kind of cheese each one for one thing. Not really a favourite one.
