How do visual artists do that?

You see, I am a frustrated artist with only my imagination running and without the incorporation of manual labor because my hand, or any other parts of the body do not ever coordinate with what I have in mind.
I have just browsed deviantart, and also other blogs that have magnificent designs and wow, they are really all so stunning unlike the ones I can draw...:(
And just yesterday, I was sketching out things trying to make a fool out of what I can give my best shot. Anyway, somebody out there like me? any comments?

They say no two people can draw alike. So dont worry and keep in mind that the deviation from your imagination is only a menifestation of your personality, which should be welcome. It not a problem, it is a gift that God has given you!

Thanks for the uplifting fact that you have given me, at least I am less frustrated with my drawing skills..Anyway, personality does not correlate with art, right? So that means that I don't have to have a beautifully made art so to be called having a great personality. Right?
thanks for that, jasbir_pro! :D
thanks also for taking some time...XD

You again got it a little on the wrong side. Beauty does not define personality. It's personality that defines beauty. Art is about individuality, and be assured, if you put your personality in a work of art, it will always be beautiful. Personalities are beautiful, provided they are honestly expressed.
