I miss my High School life !!!_!!!^_^

I am first year in college now, but I still not get involved to college life yet. I miss my high school life very much, and I miss my high school friends and teachers too. I was very happy and happiness while in high school, and I do not feel the same way as in high school. In high school, the class was small, and the teachers were very kindness and careness, and we have great friendship. In the other hand, in college, I haven't made much friends yet, I don't get connected with professors, and I don't have free times to go out and to play and to watch. I miss high school life so much, and I am more happy in high school than in college. But in reality, I have to go to college and to pursue my career goal and to get better job in my life. Have you miss your high school life? If so, sharing with us.

When I was in high school I couldn't wait to get out, but after the fact, I did miss it, quite a bit. I am in graduate school right now and I'll tell you that I wish sometimes I could be back in high school. I know some people didn't have good experiences in high school, but I can genuinely say that it was a great time for me... good friends, lots of fun times, and there was so much less on my shoudlers.
That being said, college is just as fun once you get used to it. There are so many people you can meet, classes you can take, and activities you can get into. Be involved; it'll be well worth it soon enough.

i haven't started college yet, but i'm graduating in acouple of days. then i'll be starting my college life, but i feel like i wont like it as much as high school. most of my teachers liked me n i make friends easy, but i don't think it'll be that way in college. hopefully it wont be as bad as i think it might be because most of the people going to that college are graduating with me.

I know what you mean. :D I missed my high school life a lot when I started college. It seemed like in college every one is on their own. In high school I had a lot of good friends that I'd been classmates with for 4 years. In college that doesn't happen a lot though. I got too studious in college when I wasn't even one in high school. I took college more seriously.

I'm going into my second year of college now, and I understand where you're coming from. High school was so comfortable and familiar, complete with individual attention, whereas in college, you are just one of the crowd.
The first few weeks of college, I absolutely hated it, especially since I was far from home. I was really dejected and lonely. But as the time passed, I began to become accustomed to it. I began talking to the people who lived on my floor and making friends. Now I like it a lot more, so just stick it out and I think you'll like your college eventually. Good luck!
