How do you post a picture when you start a discussion?

I know how to post pictures in the photos section of mylot, but I often see a little picture when people have started a discussion. Could someone please let me know how to go about doing this please. I have over 200 posts, so I should qualify right? Thanks.

When you start a discussion, scroll down and you will find a add a photo button. Just upload your photo first then post discussion. =)

I tried what gwenns suggested and that's effective.Thank you and gwenns so much coz I've been confused with this problem. But it seems that we can only post a picture when we start a discussion,but how about posting one when we make comments?
