Can you whisle?

Can you whisle? Can you hiss? You might be thinking.. what a silly question, of course everyone can whisle, unless they are very young people. :P
I am 16, and yet i cant whisle properly, when i whisle, most of the times i make more an air-blowing sound. and of cousre i am not able to hiss. :P
Can you whise? hiss? at what age did u learn? what advise would you give to someone who dosent know how to whisle?

I'm 44 and I still can't whistle properly.
I spent years trying to whistle, mostly when i was doing my paper round, so goodness knows what these people thought of my werid noises when I was either pushing the paper through there letter boxes or walking down the street

Yes, I can whistle, I do it quite well. I don't know that many people can whistle any more. I almost never hear anyone do it but me.
I was fairly young when I learned, I would guess 8 or 9, I remember not being able to whistle and then I remember being able too, I'm afraid I don't remember the learning process.
I'm afraid I don't know what you mean about hissing....
