Signs of inteligence/evolution

So, do you think inteligent people just have random traits? Do you think, being bald has something to do with how smart someone is? The hair amount he has on his body? His colour skin? A pointed forehead? being skinny? What do you think?

My theory about human life is this I feel that everything about an a person is determine in the womb at the time of conception,how you going to look,think,how long you will live its all predetermine,we have no say in our own creation.
