Whose in charge of your household?

Though the original article pertains to the ultimate in charge of our life (Jesus), the interchanging role nowadays between the father and mother had brought me to this discussion. Here in my country where overseas job opportunity for women had prompted some mothers to left their family and seek a better future in other countries. Their choice to become the head and provider of the family had relegated the role of their husband (which is now popularly known as houseband) to be in charge of the left family. Though I have nothing against this set-up, but it has been a lengthy tradition and culture that man should be the one who does this role. Do you see anything wrong with this? Will there be any differences? How about you, whose in charge of your household? Please share your opinion.
