Of course, when Children play or learn sports, they get good exercise. Aside from the physical skill, swimming promotes health, especially for kids who have weak lungs. Most asthmatics are recommended to take up swimming, Outdoor activities also provide stress relief. It allows kids to do what they want, without pressure. Swimming, for instance, is not a high-impact exercise, so you can swim as long as you can.
