Hi There,
I guess that totally depends upon what is desired and what type of job is in the future. If it is a job that requires post grad work that is the direction you should go. If not...it is time to enter the workforce. However, sometimes people have to enter the workforce first so they can actually pay for the post grad education. My two cents.

As after graduation i have done job
my sis have done both job as well as post graduation
my freinds have done post graduation
as depends on us own wht to be done
it donest matters wht others have done

I don't think there is a "must", I think it is completely personal choice. I think it all depends on what job you want to do on whether post graduation will be beneficial to you or whether it will just waste a few more years of your life and not get you much further ahead in the long run.
