Oh yes I have been told how I wear my mood like a badge, if I am happy or sad or even angry people can tell, I can't help it, it just shows.

sometimes you see it in a frown on my face sometimes I furrow my eyebrows, but you can usually tell if I am in a bad mood.

not really more on the eyes. i am a singer and it is not okay to let the audience see that we are in a bad mood. as we always say the show must go on. but when i am in a bad mood the manager always tell me that he can see it through the eyes maybe i am all smiles on my face but my eyes are not in a good mood.

When people have got used to hide their band mood from expressions,it's difficult for others to see.While people are familiar them can discover that in some way.

It sound good if that's reaaly effective. Sometimes I also keep quiet if I were upset,but this is also a way my close frineds get to know that I'm unhappy coz I'm always noisy especially when I'm excited.

yes i feel that my face expression really shows that i am angry etc.
but i can't help to change it as others always seem to find that i am angry from my face no matter how hard i try to hide it.

I try to not to allow something that has angered me go on and be expressed in front of others. Such as, if I get angry in public I try not to let the cashier or person serving me know that I am upset. It is not their fault that I am upset and I should not let my behavior affect their mood. When I'm unhappy, I don't bother hiding how I feel if there's no reason too and I have the reason to be unhappy. I do hide how I really feel sometimes like you, so I won't affect others' mood.

Oh yes, it does! When I am unhappy, it shows on my face. I am not really someone who is good in masking my real emotions. My friends say that I am like a walking placard with my emotions written all over. But when I am at work, I need to hide my emotions especially when I am not in a good mood.

I am the same way that you are :-) My ex-husband used to call me "fake" because i did that, but I saw/see no reason to put others in a bad mood or get them upset just because I am. It irritates me when someone is mad and takes it out on everyone around them.
