I'm so saddened every time I passby a very long line of people waiting for the store to open selling the NFA rice sold at P18 per kilo. Commercial rice is already sold at P40 to P50 per kilo in the market the reason why the poor people line-up as early as 5 o'clock in the morning just to purchase the food for the family from these gov't. authorized outlets. Do you believe there is a shortage in the supply of rice? If the government has no concrete solution to this problem, how can we help the poor?
