why Obama did this?

I am not an american but one of my former teachers had said that many of the american presidents have a jewish root. I don't know if they are hiding this or not but it is what I heard. I think this is why they are making many important moves together. I don't want to say more because there are many people who will rate you down just for your views. Or make silly assumptions on you. This is why I am trying to stay away from politic discussions after all. However, it is not easy all the time.

You don't seem to realise that half of the American wealth is owned by American jewish people. Every second millionnaire is jewish. And you will find that this apply in most western countries. More than half of Hollywood is jewish... and proud of it. Be it actors, directors, producers... you name it. The day America stop supporting Israel... is the day the American jewish people freeze all their money in America and the economy would have a catastrophic meltdown overnight. You could say that the jewish people own the United States. So this is the reason why not only you need to please the jewish people... but you need to be extremely nice to them... otherwise they will come down on you like they did with Mel Gibson... like a ton of bricks.

Awww, you were hoping he would be a Muslim and want to help wipe Israel off the Earth? If Iran was a just country and was completely surrounded by countries that wanted it to be destroyed America would also defend Iran. Don't worry though Senator Obama doesn't know who he is, what he's doing or what he plans to do. He's not sure if he's half black or half white, he's not sure if he's a Christian or a Muslim, so he isn't sure if he supports Israel or not. Why do we need to receive anything in return? Why don't you question what we get in return when we give supplies and aid to countries like Africa and India every day? Or China for the Earthquake or the Tsunami? By helping others we help the world. Why would we want to be a rich country like Saudi Arabia and not try to help others with our wealth? And, yes, I believe Israel would go to war for the U.S. for a just cause, but they sure wouldn't help us if we decided to try to attack Mexico and take over... If we were a country of dominance we would have attacked Mexico long ago. They have no military, it would be easy to do. Why does the world constantly blame Israel, President Bush and America for all the worlds present problems when the true enemy is Islamism?

We all have to remember that what these candidates say is not really what they mean, to them they are only words...words that their speech writers know the public wants to hear. Therefore they say what they are told to say to get the vote. We all know from previous speakers that they will have forgotten tomorrow what they said today if someone doesn't remind them of it or show it to them on paper. And some will still deny they said it. Some call them good speakers or debaters, some call them liars, but we all call them politicians. They are far worse than any car salesman.

Hey there Salam. I don't normally reply to political discussions. I am responding because I thought it very curious that someone from New Zealand would notice something like this when there are so many Americans that are just ignoring this fact. All they want is for the war to end and any candidate that says he or she will do it, will get their vote. I don't think they even care what will happen if we end the war or what other issues the candidate may have on his or her agenda. Obama just may win! I sent this discussion to my husband by email because he is afraid of what might happen if Obama gets voted in. When I hit send on my email program, it checks for spelling. Of course it stopped on Obama and suggested Osama as a replacement. Funny huh?

I think the answer is found in the Bible. As it is written and this pertains to Israel... "I will bless those who bless thee and curse those who curse thee", Mr. Obama might be resting on this promise of God and hence he is giving so much favors to Israel with the hope that even if Israel will not return the favor, it is the Lord who will give back the blessings! After all our God is a faithful God and whatever he promised, he fulfills!!!

Obama is wise, he knows that the Jews control Wall Street and a lot of American industries. Obama is a politician and he wants to win. How can he win without courting the Jewish Washington Lobby? The US is a military ally of Israel. Thus,that commitment will remain despite who is the president. Israel is great at technology and as thus cannot help but be a permanent defense partner of the USA.

I think it is because the Jews have a lot of control in this country. If Obama wants the Jewish vote here in America, he is expected to support Israel no matter what. I do not view Obama as a friend of Israel, whites, or Muslims. Notice I said Muslims. Not Muslim extremists. We both know there is a difference. He may have contacts with Muslim extremists. He and his people certainly have no respect for Muslims. After all, there were two Muslimahs who wanted their pictures taken with Obama and his people refused to allow them in the picture because they are Muslim. Sure he apologized later, but he apologizes for everything. Nevertheless, he keeps hurting people. And as my husband would say, Assalaam Alaikum!

Obama has not been senn well because of it's Arab origins. He has to win the Jews's trust if he is to help solving the middle East conflict. Besides that, he has to win the trust of the jewish voters and, in order to do that, the best way is to improve the relations with Israel and the jewish community.

I am Jewish, From Canada. As you all know, Israel is surrounded, outnumbered, and around all Muslim countries and cities, I do think that The US should still help Israel, as they were always helped from the US army, most US presidents have Jewish blood, but still, they know they are outnumbered. The 6 day war. My grandfather was in it. Israel was surrounded, outnumbered, and circled by muslim countries, they defeated them in 6 days ? Can you believe how the army was strong? Then hitler came in, Where I would really kill him in a heartbeat At this moment if he was alive. WITH ALL DO RESPECT TO GERMAN PEOPLE, It's just hitler that was a crazy idiot.
