who else thinks firefox is the greatest web browser out there

I don't understand how people can stand to use IE. Firefox just runs a lot more smoothly and has a lot of features that aren't available for IE. There isn't any big advantage to having IE over Firefox, but there are many big advantages to having Firefox over IE.

Used IE to GET firefox. It is so much better and user-friendly. I would like to see more router support though... my BT Voyager router is unusable on the browser menu in firefox, so I have to open IE to fix it if it breaks down. Apart from this, I always use firefox. It truly beats IE anyday.

IE still leads the market but simply because its built-in in windows. Firefox is really closing in which mean users have actually installed them because they need them not because its there. Firefox is the best in terms of customization, security and stability. In fact I'm not using any spyware program because I'm using firefox in combination with a great firewall and antivirus which are all freeware.

I dont..Really dont M very well aware that Mozilla FIrefox has got like many awesome capabilities but still..I believe Internet Explorer is far far better..For no specific reasons tho

I love Firefox. I've never used anything else really except IE but IE pretty much sucks in my eyes. Took me a while to find Firefox though because I had no clue what it was until someone said to me "Hey, you use Firefox right?". I was like "Whats that?" then they sent me a link to it, I downloaded it.. and here I am, lol.

firefox will be never be compared with ie. apologies to loyal ie users. what i like most about firefox. tabbed browsing (i bet they're the ones who introduced this feature) plugins (im inside ff, check your social network accounts, etc. and so many other things you can just within firefox browser)

I really like Firefox and they make the browser really fun and easy to use with its themes as well as it's automatic spell check and add-ons. But, lately, I've been having a lot of problem with it freezing up on me. I think it's because of my AVG anti-virus program. I tried upgrading to the new 3.0 beta that they are working on, but it was so bad that I had to go back to the older version. It just didn't work on my computer. Right now, my virus program is scanning and it keeps making it freeze up too much, so I typing this in IE.

Firefox is just better. Trying to say how much would lead us to a never ending list of items. I just read that Firefox 3 will have over 14000 improvements... isn't that something. I am using Firefox 3 RC for Mac OS X and it looks great already. I can't wait to get the final version working. Before Firefox I used Netscape, as far as I know it was the origin of Mozilla and Mozilla Firefox. It was great but too heavy as it had lots of tools incorporated on it, even a text editor for web page creation. There are a couple more browsers I keep hearing about like Opera but I never tested them. I have Safari, looks good like all Mac apps do, but I just keep on using Firefox :)
