microsoft shakes hand with HP to promote live search

microsoft has undergone a deal with HP, largest manufacturer of PCs to install windows live search tool baron all the Pcs to be distributed in US and Canada.This ia an attempt to make its live search popular. But will this effort really help microsoft to increase its share in searches. Presently live search is far behind google in terms of usage.
