What is the shortest and longest period of time you've been in a relationship?

Welll.THis is my 1st relationship n the last one as well..M sure:) N i ve been in this relationship for like 2yrs which ll be complete pretty soon:) 9th June..To be precise:)

My shortest was in college, was with a guy officially for like 2 weeks. We talked and hung out for a while before that, but officially together about 2 weeks. He didn't like my smoking and drinking. Which I didn't drink that often. I dunno. And my longest is with the guy I'm with now, the love of my life! 1 year and 10 months on the 19th. :D

Well my shortest period was something about a month. The longest period was about 2 years.

When i was younger I used to love them and leave them I just liked to have my little bit of fun...go to the cinema...maybe go to the youth club and just hang about with my friends...then I met my hubbby that is now...and we just fell hea over heels in love!!and from the day that we met to the day that we married it was just six months!!!and everyone said Oh itheres no way that it will last ....but here we are and we have been married for thirty five years...so hold on there...your turn will come ..

My longest relationship was 17 years and the shortest would probably about a week in jr. high school. My current relationship has lasted for five years so far and we plan to stay together for the rest of our lives.

My shortest period was a day, and my longest was 5 years...(I am single right now so can't really tell...) good luck with you and your partner...

i'm not sure about the shortest. if we count like highschool or younger relationships, then probably a few months. my longest is 9 years and counting. my husband and i have been together for 9 years this summer and july is our 7th wedding anniversary. we have 3 beautiful kids together.

wow! that was long. congratulations to the both of you.. my longest relationship would be 1 year.. that was 4 years ago.. I am currently in a relationship, and we're in our 9 months going to 10 months in this coming June 19..(of course, just like you, I am still counting..) I am so happy right now, to count the days, nights, months, and soon will be year with him.. and I am hoping that our relationship will last forever..as long as forever..

Hi there ieeko89. I have only been in 1 relationship that you can call any kind of real relationship. I did have a boyfriend at School who I got fake married to but that did not last past the end of Primary School because of us both going in different ways in life from then on but other wise it only lasted 6-8 months and then just stopped working and both of us were ready to be rid of the other. So we did what we did and we can still talk to each other when we see each other as long as one of us actually talk to each other of course. Catch ya later.

3 days is the shortest and 2yrs 4 months is the longest still, till now.. LOL ^_^ BUt the 3 days is definitely not juts for fun.. It's s serious relatonship..

The longest was about 5 years. While the shortest was, drum roll please.....less than 24 hours! I just realize I wouldn't like to be with him. Im not that fast though.

The shortest was about 5 days... it was a crazy set up a really long story... but it definitely wasn't just a fling because what I felt for her was real it's just unfortunate that the situation was much complicated than you could ever imagine... anyway the longest was two years but in that two years I've waited for 1 1/2 years just to win her heart though somehow we were exclusively dating... but unfortunately it was never an official relationship... we broke up three months ago but I'm still waiting for her... maybe someday she'd come back...

I've only had one relationship. We started dating when I was 18. We got married when I was almost 27. And we're holding on together still. I am turning 31 this year and yet I am so young at heart. I guess having so much love to give and receiving as much makes me feel that way.
