CHILD ABUSE

I think that in your situation..because every situation is different..That the parents whom i think are aweful human beings btw!! Shouldnt be able to get there children back..for a longg time if any..i think they would need a crap load of counseling..a mean alot!!! And i think if they would ever want to see your child.,.i really believe shes your now..if they havent had any contact in that long..she is yours..maybe not biologically..but you are her caregiver..her parent now..anywho..if they do want to see her i would make sure they had supervised visits.,,,do u have her court ordered? and honestly in your case i donthtink they have earned the right to ever see her again there lucky they didnt kill her..poor thing..your message made me cry when i read it..and one more thing..i also think that after this many years with no contact that you should legally get her without there consent..have u checked your rights? do u have any? i was just wondering,,hope i was some help ..plz take care..and that beautiful child too:)

There is always two sides to that. I dont think that it should be hard for the family members to adopt if they are better off with the other family member i think they should be able to adopt them.
