Last night or the night before I woke up and heard my hubby talking in his sleep, he said 'Why are you sitting over there?', at first I ignored him but when he said it again I thought what do I say, so I said someting like 'i don't know' and with that he muttered somethig and went back to sleep. It was funny though! Years ago my sister was shouting at me in her sllep and I thought she was calling me so I got out of bed and went in her room only to realise she was shouting in her sleep, she still moaned at me in her sleep, made me feel like someone she loved dearly . . not LOL!!!

My husband talks in his sleep when he is extremely stressed. It's often just a word or two, sometimes something like you experienced although he never asks the question twice, lol. When I tell him about it the next morning he doesn't believe me. Best is of course to leave it alone. Just make sure that he doesn't suddenly start sleepwalking.
