Weight loss

I suddenly put on weight. So I started doing work outs everyday. I have reduced more than 3 pounds now.

Oh that sounds good, do you go to a gym or just do it yourself at home and if you do it at home what do you actually do as that is a good result...

Ya, I do it at home. My husband bought a machine called hot cross buns before and I started doing it and three weeks back he bought a stepper machine which I am doing right now. Also diet makes a difference. before I used to take bread toast with butter and jelly evry morning. I stopped eating toast and started taking oatmeal. We Indians used to eat, lot of rice everyday. I stopped eating 1/4 part of it, instead started taking fat free yogurt. Everything makes difference

I might have to start doing a set routine, I have an exercise bike and a Ab machine type thing so you have inspired me I think I will have to start thank you

keep a watch on what u eat.. the best thing you can do, also create a defisit in your calorie intake ratio towards ur calorie expenditure.. thats it.. and congrats for the 3 pound loss!!1 all the best.
