Did you ever imagine yourself suddenly entering an alternate universe where everything turned upside down and you suddenly traded places with your current Boss and become the Boss of the office and your boss the overworked and underpaid employee under your control?
Well I have and it's one of the things that amuses me when I'm working overtime. And in that universe, I imagine myself giving him the same treatment he is giving me now plus more, more, more work. hehe... Although i'm not that kind of a person, it just helps me release the stress. :p

I have thought of this before but my boss runs an entire company, or a division of a company. It would be fun to have the power being at the top of the corperate food chaon but with gret power comes great responsiability. Which is more than I have time time nor the paitents for.

This sounds like an excellent way of releasing the stress of work, but in the real world, I don't think I could treat somebody in a bad way, just because they had done so with me. I don't believe that making oneself disliked by one's underlings is a good practice, but just to relieve the stress of work, it's an amusing and enlightening scenario. You should write a book or play about it!
