Help with Family &Consumer Science Lesson Plan

Hi all! I'm new to the site and I have an interview for a teaching position that I want very much. The only problem is I have never been to an interview of this type and I have been told that I will have to teach a 10 minute lesson as part of the interview. Does anyone have a fabulous, short lesson that will knock the socks off the interviewers? Thanks so much Ramona

Perhaps a short lesson plan describing nutrition within a family household. How a busy family may consume less nutrients and protiens than a family who spends more time together at home? Anything short that can be conveyed accuratley and to the point. They are going to want to see that you not only understand but can convey the criteria content well. Good Luck !
