i dont like to see dogs in chain i think the dog should be free.. whether in the house or dog house

I think they should be in the house. I think that is cruel to keep them on a chain all the time! It gets cold and rainy out there

I would never put a dog on a chain. I that is extremely cruel. If a person has no better place for a dog, then they should not have one. They should find the dog a better home. If the dog is or can be house trained and the owner can be home to let it out often enough to potty then being an in the house dog is great. The dog does need to either be let outside or walked daily for excersice however. The best thing for a dog in my opinion, is the combination of being able to come inside and sleep at night, especially when it's cold outside, plus having a fenced in backyard to play in.
