what is the new shelby

I saw this car on the street and my dad told me that its a helby
I thought that shelbys were old cars but this looked brand new and nothing like the old ones

The newest shelby i know of was a prototype and it was the one that ice cube drove in the scene with train in Triple X, State of the Union. But there are shelby's that look a lot like regular new mustangs except there are some external differences as well as quite a few changes under the hood.
