Fruit salad and vegitable salads is very good for your health.It gives you the energy and it will help you to have fit and it glows your skin.sooo keep having fruit salads and veggi salads for the health purpose.

dear kanade frankly speaking I am very much fond of veg salad as these keeps us fit & healthy. First I cut fruits or veg salads into pieces and pour it with lemon juice and little bit of salt then keep it in refrigerator. During the time of lunch I take the salad from the freeze and eat . It is superb. All my family members are taking fruits/veg salad regularly. pkc3000

I like fruit salad, but not vegetable salad. When I have a fruit salad it tends to include: apple, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, seedless cherries, seedless grapes, apricot and orange. But it is not limited to those fruits. I sometimes have it by itself, with yoghurt, with ice cream or with jelly.

I am a specialist in making the fruit salads. I cut different fruits into small and smaller pieces. I in fact squeeze the Orange and Musambi fruits and pour the juice of the same on the fruits I have cut. I add little honey. Usually it is 15-fruit mixed punch. Sometimes, I top it with ice cream.
