dear kanade frankly speaking I am very much fond of veg salad as these keeps us fit & healthy. First I cut fruits or veg salads into pieces and pour it with lemon juice and little bit of salt then keep it in refrigerator. During the time of lunch I take the salad from the freeze and eat . It is superb. All my family members are taking fruits/veg salad regularly.

I like fruit salad, but not vegetable salad. When I have a fruit salad it tends to include: apple, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, seedless cherries, seedless grapes, apricot and orange. But it is not limited to those fruits. I sometimes have it by itself, with yoghurt, with ice cream or with jelly.

I am a specialist in making the fruit salads. I cut different fruits into small and smaller pieces. I in fact squeeze the Orange and Musambi fruits and pour the juice of the same on the fruits I have cut. I add little honey. Usually it is 15-fruit mixed punch. Sometimes, I top it with ice cream.
