I never thought of having to pay income tax on online earnings, but as I am under 18 and a full time student, I have never had to pay tax on any income before, so that might be why I have never thought of it. If you are really interested in looking into you could try this website http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/MoneyTaxAndBenefits/Taxes/LeavingOrComingIntoTheUK/DG_10026136 it is the UK Government website, but if you are dealing with some UK companies it might help, but there should be other websites for the Indian and USA government too.

I'm not sure how taxes work internationally with online earnings... I live in the US and only make enough money from US websites that I need to file taxes for. My expenses are currently more than my online earnings, so I end up not having to pay any taxes on them. But I do file!
