Hi nikkidv22, I believe that gay marriage should be legalised everywhere, it is a matter of human rights. I don't think that any group has the right to deny another the same rights as they have themselves. Whether you and I agree with the gay lifestyle doesn't matter and no church would would be forced to perform such a marriage, although some already do. Blessings.

Hi nikkidv,
It is very wrong. The Bible strongly warns against this type of lifestyle.
Lots of people are out only to please themselves and think that there will be no consequences to disobeying God. They could not be more wrong!
We need to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ everywhere. More and more people need to seek Him and His guidance.
God bless you.

one reason is Christians are there in law making. Just by shouting that we dislike gay marriage that will not work. We need to really argue intellectually in public square with sociological-pschological implication for such actions and then persuade the public. I think Christians are not persuasive in the way we argue. We use more volumes that substance. Probably, we need to argue on those points which will not go down the drain.

When the Europeans came over here to what is now the United States of America, they Europeans did not even think that the Native Americans were human , They thought (and still do ) that the native Americans do not have any of the same rights as they do. Now it is the homosexual people that are being put in the position that they are not human. Who will be the next to be oust of the human race,
Besides since the Great Creator 'created" all of us including gays and lesbians would you thing that He did it on purpose or did He make a big mistake. If He made a mistake then maybe He made a mistake in allowing straight people to think that homosexual people are doomed. We all know that humans are not perfect and the bibles (all holy books) are written by imperfect humans so the things in them are not perfect either. Just as man;y fisherman stretch the truth the people that wrote the holy boos stretched the truth to get the point across. This is why there are so many different kinds of religion.

You seem to see only one side of gay/lesbian life. I feel that everyone has a right to be happy. If a person is in a wholesome and good relationship with another person and they want to spend the rest of their days in a manogomous marriage then who are you to say it is wrong? Do christians really think that their God would cast out a person because they were so different? I would not want to follow a God who didn't except everyone whether he believed in their ways and beliefs or not. I think your world is going down the drain, not ours! And, who are you to judge?Walk a mile in their shoes. You have your freedoms why can't you let others have theirs? Live and let live.

That is just the problem, you don't have any right, it is a gift from God to be alive and you should respect Him as well as His rules. My world is not going to hell, you may not realise that the whole world is going to hell because hell (a world of lesbians, abortions, murder, etc) is normal to you. Well, it is not.

It is proposterous to think that something such as the the loving spiritual union of two beings can be "legalized".
A law is nothing but a rule put on paper as to set an example for others. It amazes me that the only rebutle people have against such marriages is God. It's easy to chalk it up to the Almighty. Isn't this a "catch-all"?
There is absolutely no reason why two people perfectly in love with each other cacnnot unite in Matrimony. I understand there is such a thing as Holy Matrimony it just seems more like red tape than religion.
If God granted us free will would not allowing it go against both the church's teachings of caring for one's fellow man and this Nations Declaration of Human Rights?
I know somewhere we are all looking for the same ends. Some more radical than others. Some that seem stagnant in nature. More often than not we see people arguing the point just because the argument was there, no thought of thier own.
Free will and common sense are just a couple of things people take for granted these days. Everything is by popular vote. If there is a glimmer of individuality you must be molded to what everyone knows to be that "characteristic".
Sad thing is what everyone knows is not the same and in this myloter's opinion: It just takes us back to ignorance.
I wonder if my neighbor banishes me to hell everytime he see's me smoking, he's a non-smoker you know.....

You mean the spiritual union of 2 souls CREATED BY GOD. If you would like to follow God, and you THINK you are gay, then you resist it, because it could be a test to see if you really believe in Him. We, as people on earth deserve NOTHING, yet we receive His mercy, but all of you supporting gays etc, are really testing God's patiences, He will not stand for this.

It is man's ego that defines God. yet, You tell whoes testing patience? How can anyone one person say they claim to KNOW. If God created all life on earth how can all the souls on it be bad?
It is true blasphemy to think that any one person or people can "anger" such a forgiving and caring ( as has been drilled to me) God.
God would be above all, beyond all comprehension.
It's one thing to allow people too choose. You know free will and all. But for another human to go around telling people what God will do to them is arrogant, egotistical and ignorant. To me that person does not truly understand.
I am an advocate of life, liberty and the pursuit of happyiess and just because someone thinks they "KNOW" what God has in store for everyone doesn't mean I have to change my life. I do not question anyones faith, beliefs or otherwise.
Sometimes it's like the inquisition wants to return.
