Gameboy Advance and Nintendo DS

My nephew asked me today if you can use a gameboy advance cart in a nintendo DS. I said "I dunno. Have you tried?" and he said that he was afraid to and didn't want to harn his DS. So, can you use a Gameboy Advance cart in a Nintendo DS?

yes erratic you can, i myseflf has a ds and some advance games can be hooked up to ds games

there is a thing in the bottom of the ds you can take out then put the game in. and for example in pokemon games when yo reach a certain point in the ds version you can import some pokemon from the gba version
