Fredric J. Baur, the man who designed the Pringle crush-free can died May 4th at Vitas Hospice in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was so fond of his invention he asked to have his ashes buried in one. Whole story: http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/06/02/pringles.burial.ap/index.html

I heard about this. There's nothing wrong with that, lol. He made something and I'm sure he really was proud of it. So why not be buried with your most prized creation. I think it's poetic. If I made my own brand of guitar, I'd want one to be buried with me.

I know.. I heard about this.. Isn't that alittle nuts? I guess its not so nuts as it is just alittle odd. Where will the bury him? Will he get a headstone? I guess I have to many questions for something that actually sounds so simple.

I think that is a rather neat burial, though. At least he was proud of something that he did in his life.
