Visiting Holy city of Shirdi

I am planning to visit Holy city of Shirdi in Maharashtra (India)with all my family members. We have heard a lot about this place and its sacredness. What do you feel about the same?

Hi ash,
I have beento shirdi as its not very far from my place. Its a wonderful place with lots of greeneries and very good food.
I enjoyed my stay there and i hope u will have a wonderful time as well.

I have never been to Shirdi, but last year my younger brother and sister managed to visit there while on their way to a marriage in Maharashtra. Their experiences were not so furitful. It costed them Rs. 20 for a glass of milk for her child and another Rs. 20 were demanded to add sugar in it. Best of luck for your journey.
