I have been wanting to loss few pounds of my weight because I feel heavy already. I am an athletic person that there's no problem for me regarding exercise, I play hard tennis everyday. My problem i have not really lost weight with it because after sweating out, I'm having the compulsion to eat. Is there any other way to suppress my appetite in a very natural way, I don't take pills because of their side effects. I have tried Herbalife--it was way too expensive and I don't want to sell their products. I hope anybody can suggest something that would really work. Thanks in advance.

Hi! Well, losing weight isn't that easy at all. However, a few basic knowledge on how to effectively loss weight will do fine. Tennis can be considered a cardio workout. This will really trim down the fat, however, it may also trim down your muscles. Include weight training to gain more lean muscles and increase your metabolism. This way, it could compensate for the food you eat. To regulate food, that will take will power and motivation. Sometimes, you don't even have to at all, just choose the right food and you're ok. Fruits and vegetables will make you feel full the rest of the day if you feel like eating.

Well, your situation is almost alike with me as im also want to maintain weight and for this i already join special health classes.but with that im doing some breathing excerise in morning of 5-15 min duration.i never suppress mine apetite and i always take regular food.never more and nver less.its indifferent tht i take coffee-tea in between meal but its not relevant. i can advice you to do learn breathing excerise that is known for many benefits including weight-loss and get rid of many diseases.if you keen to learn then i can tell u the excerise tht i know. as you are tennis-player and lot of sweating out but i advice you to never suppress the appetite and take lots of fluid in that time because suppression can cause indirect effect of weight increase. be happy and try to make others also happy.keep smiling as you are not the one who experience this situation. :)

hello my new friend, thanks for the response. I've read about the benefits of deep breathing in a book before and I tried to do it...Only, most of the time because of "too much familiarity" of the exercise, I often forget to do it! huhuhu! Thanks for reminding me. Cheers to us who wants to be healthy all the time!

There is something that I take and just add it to a bottle of water, shake it up for 10 to 15 seconds and then wait about five minutes to drink the water. I have lost from 300 at the first of the year down to 235 pounds since drinking my water with this. I pay $25 for a box once a month. Just let me know by a private message if you are intested and I'll be glad to tell you about it. Have a wonderful day!!

Yup, losing weight is not really easy because I gain a lot these past few months... so fat now lolz.. It takes a lot of discipline... Needs to eat healthy food but with minimal amount as well. But exercise is the best. Cheers!

well for me its easy to lose weight,,, b4 i eat anything i usaully drink 2 glass of water,,, and stop eating when i feel full already,,sometimes you feel your still hungry and you need to eat more but the truth is it's only psychological... walking is also effective way of losing weight... and if you have a discipline and be consistent in this way of losing weight,, you did'nt notice your losing wait already....
