Okay, so I just visit my friend discussion. I though her topic was a good one where we really need to think for a moment before we answered her discussion. How surprise I was when I found out she already make this topic 4 weeks a go and only got 3 responses including mine. Then I went to answers another friend topic which had a simple topic and had been done many times here but the topic got a lots of responses. For me, I prefer both of my topics got lots of response. When I had time, I love to make a quality topic discussion with a tad long post. But same as my friend, usually it ended up in a dust with only less than ten people answering that. But I feel proud that I can come up with that topic and feel annoyed at the same time cause had less responses. When I was in a crunch of time, usually I came up with simple question and short topics like your fav food, veggies etc etc that had very good responses like over 30 answers. I feel happy that I got such a good responses but I wish my more thoughtful discussions got as many responses as the simple one. For your own topic discussion, what did you prefer? Making a quality discussion but maybe it ended with few responses cause people need time to answer that topic or making a simple easy topic that surely had tons of responses? PS: Judging from the length of this topics and I use times to write this one, I guess this was another topic with less than ten responses.

Well it's just the way you look at it. Is the person in it for the money or not? Are you as the dicussion starter in it for the money or not? Those that are in it for the money usually try to make a lot of long responses and discussions, but even that is hard to distinguish between those who just like to talk and those who need or want the money. At the same time, a discussion or response with very little information can be considered a person's desperate act to put something out there and make a few cents off of it. I have several discussions with no responses, I feel most of those were made at a time when I was excited for the money, now that I've reached my first payout, I just want to sit back and relax, and just enjoy my friend's discussion - well with a few scurried or rushed responses / discussions thrown it. I've noticed you've jumped into the game, congratulations. 803 I was wondering when you were going to catch up with us. Happy Postings to You Hcpoirot, and Have a Great Day!

Hi somecowgirl, I am sad about your discussion with low response cause I do think most of your discussion had great thought in it. Nice that both of us and maybe also hellcowboy got our first payments. Hoorayy for us. Judging from your total posting, I dont know if I can catch up. How can you post 964 when likes 3 days ago you were just at your 800 ish posts?

HAHA! Omg, my sentiments exactly! I'd came across really interesting topics that's worth our times to think and respond. I was hoping to see more thoughts and opinions of others... but only in vain =( This is quite disappointing because I think people who came out with the discussion is probably hoping for more intelligent responses/views. Well, I do hope this "trend" you mentioned do change.

Hmm, I doubt this trend will be change soon. But , its okay. For now I just try to make a more thoughtful discussion once in a while, hoping it will get more responses than my simple topics.

I prefer quality discussions that make me think. That's why I stay here, posting for little pennies! I like social interaction and exchanging ideas. I usually don't respond to simple questions even when my friends post them because they're a waste of my time. I'll sacrifice the pennies and put my time into the posts that actually discuss things.

Which is which, it doesn't matter. I would be happy if I received a single response or a dozens of discussions. Just the same, I am happy despite the number of discussions.

That was a very positive attitude.
