Do you believe in this saying? I really do. If family is united
in praying for each other they will always stay close.
Do you believe in this? Well, in today.s generation where people are very busy working to earn a living, we always forget to pray together as a family... some don't even pray that is why many families are no longer in harmony with each other.
What is your opinion regarding this.

I agree whole heartedly. My daughter and I have grown much closer since we found a church and have started attending regularly. She still fights with her Dad and a lot of them now are based around his not going to church with us. Though the family prayer at home has helped top smooth out some of those wrinkles as well.We don't get crazy with it and it takes so little time for something that does so much.

Yes, I do believe that a family that prays together, stays together. It is a bond you can share and express your love to the lord. I think it is good to be open and pray and pass that on to a child.

I am from India where family is a sacred unit where people cling to each other for every small or big help. Even when it grows, they stay together because of fine tradition of togetherness learnt from childhood days. Hence the family is very much appreciated and I fully endorse your views.

Hi there Bebs!
I also believe in that saying. I think that faith is a very strong bond for families and it's always good to pray together. You are right about people being really busy nowadays and sometimes, there rarely is a time when the whole family is together especially if you're in a big one but if everyone really wants to do that regularly, I'm sure with some adjustments and compromising, it can be done.

Yes, I do and will always do believe that a family that prays together, stays together. Praying together is a sign of unity in faith. Faith in one God the giver of all blessings and one sure blessing is keeping your family united and blessed.

I believe that the family that prays together, stays together. Prayer brings the whole family closer to God and to each other. If everyone in the family is close to each other, then there will be less tension but more love and understanding. There will be less anger and more respect towards each other. If there is respect between couples then there will be less anger and fights. This will lead to a more harmonious relationship. If there will be closeness between parents and children, then there will be more unity and peace in the household.

I am LDS or Mormon as the more common term is used. And we are invited by our leaders to pray as couples/singles and families from the minute we get out of bed till we go to bed at night.
I feel this gives a greater sense of peace and power to our home From the Graces of God.
We do miss some times but not often because my kids have come to enjoy the time together.

I've been on both sides of the coin...my Mom's side of the family has never been real big on praying unless we needed to but my Dad's side, especially one uncle, was always praying at every meal with the whole family. I think it is a good thing to get in the habit of doing...at the same time I don't think anyone should be forced into it.
