Well, many people say that they have no time to read... Oh!! I don't believe that. Almost all people today have computers and every time they open their computers they are reading...headlines of the news and the news itself. etc. Well, reading is fun!! How many hours do you spend reading everyday?

It depends on my time. Normally I spend something like 3-4 hours a day. But when I'm on my vacations I can read all day long. I like to read very much.

Most of my day is reading! I work on my computer...I'm reading. Usually five hors per day working. I always make time to read a book at least one hour before bed.

Oh!! good, yes I agree that people who are working with the use of their computers have lots of time to read. I do too, because I am on my computer everday. Thanks for sharing.

During college days and after college, I used to spend 2 to 3 hours reading. Now I spend only 45 mintues a day to read the newspaper and hardly find time for reading books.

I agree with that. Many people don't even dare to look at the paper because they are always in a hurry to report to work and when they get home, they will no longer read but.. watch the news cast on TV. Good for you , you still have 45 minutes for reading.. other none at all.. unless they are working with computers.. they always do read. Thanks for the reply.

The number of hours I spend on reading depends on the amount of time I have to be able to read. Right now I read an average of an hour a day. I read at work on my breaks. On my days off work, I most generally don't read. Well, I do read on the computer but that is not the same as reading a book. When I have a spurt in not being able to put the book down, I can read up to 8 hours in a day. Also, depending on the size of the book and the difficulty, I can read a couple of books in a day. I need to get back into that "not being able to put the book down" spurt again.

If I had the time I would read 24 hours a day. I love to read all types of books but I can never find the time to sit down and enjoy a good novel. It takes me forever to actually finish a book that I start.
