When I write a paper, I prefer to do it with pen and paper. I like to see and have the material in hand. I try to write on every other line of a legal pad. Making corrections on this type of writing pad seems to be easier to me. There is plenty of room to cross out what I don't want there and then write the correction.
After I have finished writing and rewriting the paper, I then type it on the computer. When I have completed that, I reread it to see if there are any spelling or grammatical errors that can be quickly changed. I then print out what I have typed and voila...I have a paper !!!

I usually attempt to start out by writing ideas and thoughts on paper, but very quickly I end up blank. Eventually I end up typing, and I usually end up doing pretty good. Although this is typically for papers and stuff, I am not really a letter writer, these days mostly myspace and facebook, and now myLot! So yea, and most the time I will think about what I want to write about, and usually end up doing it at the last minute and it turns out good. It may make me more stressed out, but I really think pressure inspires me more than anything. LOL

It has been forever since I wrote anything on paper. I think I may have forgotten to write longhand. This is what is so good about the computer, from the first word processor I have ever used up to now. My handwriting may have suffered but my typing has improved.

I'd rather type it. It's just easier. When the computer is occupied by someone else I end up writing on paper. When I approach a new story I almost always start on paper first. I don't know why, but it helps me focus on the task better. I guess it's because without the computer, I won't waste time online when I'm suppose to be working.

It depends on what I'm doing exactly. Sometimes I'll use paper and other times I'll type it out. It involves less spelling mistakes on the computer but again it all depends on what I'm looking to do. In a way, I tend to mix it up and the only disadvantage with a computer would be if you run out of printing ink, then it may have a problem.
