What is one motto or saying you live by?

Some sayings are really inspirational and some may also be taken to life. What are other sayings that should be taken in life to enjoy it?
Is it always the usual:
"enjoy life like there's no tomorrow"
or
"live, love the most"
or
"no regrets"
are there other sayings that you live by?

I like, 'Learn to live with yourself because no one can ever be you'. I don't know where I heard that, but I really like it. The whole 'no regrets' aspect is something I've failed to attempt. I'm full of regrets and grudges I'm tapped out until I'm 45. I wish I could be that person, but I'm not that type of person I guess.
