e-Gold to Paypal??

Hi friends,
Anyone have any idea that can we transfer money from e-gold to paypal account or saving account.
i have joined one PTC site but they will pay now only in e-gold.i dont have e-gold account. but before that i need this information.
pl help me!!

This is not allow in TOS of PayPal.
But I believe you can exchange/trade with your friend.
Trade with other is danger,
might cause your PayPal account to suspend if they find out.

Thanks for the this idea.
i dont have any friend having e-gold account.
i think trading/exchange could be dangerous.
if i could find some other best way that could be safe.
