Well, I don't have a "someone" who is like the love of my life, but I'm really "feeling" the song called "For The Record" on Mariah's new album E=MC2, because it kinda speaks to my situation!
"For the record, you'll always be a part of me, ...for the record, can't nobody say I didn't give MY ALL to you, .... and for the record, it's obvious that we just CAN'T LET GO of us, HONEY! 'Cause when I'm looking in your eyes, feels like the first time, give me one good reason why, we can't just press rewind. I don't wanna spend my life thinking about what it could have been like if we had another try, one time...."
*Sigh* I'm just loving this song!!
Now if I did have a "love of my life" then I'm thinking "No Air" by Jordin Sparks with Chris Brown...or perhaps another one by Mariah: "Touch My Body" which is so very unlike me, but yet I love it!!

I have Mariah's new cd in my music library here at work so I am going to put on the song you like. Jordin Sparks song "No Air" is soooooooo beautiful......I love it and I felt that way about my sweetie and "Touch My Body" really had to grow on me. For some reason I wasn't feeling it too much. Thanks for the response trinihd

Yeah, I think a lot of people say the same thing about "Touch My Body" - it didn't take very long to grow on me though! Yes, the Jordin Sparks song is really lovely. Cool that you have the album at hand! Let me know what you think of "For The Record" - it's one of those songs that I think is really cleverly written and the music is very beautiful. I love listening to the whole album but this song in particular really moves me.
