I do believe that anyone can get super skinny by doin it the right way.
Some Tips
Walking a lot helps.
Drink Plenty Non-Sugar Drinks also, to reduce carbohydrates
Eat least of what you usually eat.
Also do mirror excise to get your tummy flat.
LITTLE BY LITTLE IT WORKS.

I agree. Combine walking (brisk walking) with drinking a lot of water and you are on your way. Avoid foods high in carbs (but don't completely eliminate carbs) and of course sugar, and the weight will start to come off. Exercize has to be something done for life. You can't expect to exercize for a month and then take off six months and maintain your ideal weight, unless you are one of the lucky ones that never had to exercize a day, can eat what they want, and still look perfect :).
