i know that healthcare professionals will brag about the benefits of flossing, but how often do you floss? we're supposed to floss once daily. i admit that i tend to go in and out of flossing phases. and though it doesn't take very long, when you're dead tired, it's hard to make the effort. i like the reach access flossers because it is so easy to use. you can get to all of your back teeth, and its relatively inexpensive.

I'm the same. I know I should be flossing everyday, but I'm so inconsistent. Sometimes I'll floss every other day or a few times a week, but most of the time I'm just too lazy or forget. xD

I floss twice a day everyday. I started doing it twice when I found that I had some gum recession. I just had a dentist appointment yesterday and the hygienist said that my gums were in very good shape. Whenever I have them measured, they generally have pretty good numbers. I like flossing because it gets stuff out from between my teeth.

WHen I was in 1st grade a dentist made a visit to our class to teach us how to brush properly and how to floss and everything. Ever since then I hae brushed and flossed like he told us to and to this day I have very healthy and very white teeth without using any sort of bleaching agent. All you need to do is be consistent with brushing and flossing and you will have beautiful teeth. My husband wonders why his teeth arent as white as mine because of course he thinks he's perfect and I tell him that he needs to brush his teeth more often. I think brushing and flossing is an addiction.
