Help! My cat's in heat!

My little baby isn't a baby anymore... she's in heat.
funny thing is that there are weeks she isn't.. she's a year old and she's been rubbing against feet, legs of chairs, and all sorts of things... the one great thing though is that she's never been sweeter. but all this is driving me nuts!

yea i have 5 female cats and i couldnt take all of them being in heat at the same time so i got 3 of them spayed, and its a relief. Plus getting them spayed makes the more lovable plus its healthier for them to be spayed. I have persian cats and i bred one of them for awhile and now she goes in heat all the time, so i plan on getting her spayed also.

wow! 5 cats?!:) that must be a beautiful sight.:) my cat's a Persian also. good news is she's cooled down. will have her sprayed soon. she's been extra sweet to me though. i noticed that when she doesn't get enough attention, she goes into heat mode again. thanks for your advice!

Only advice I can really give you is keep her in the house or spay her, the best thing is to spay her, it has been proven she will have much much less chance of cancers there, which are not rare at all in cats, and it has been proven to elongate their lives. *if i remember what i learned in vet assistant class*

Call the vet and see when you can get her in to get spayed. You and your kitty will both be happier!

My baby girl went into heat today and she is miserable. But I know that it will go away soon and when it does I am getting her spayed. Maybe you should to.
