I found it better to have 3 veggies at a meal, insist they have at least one bite of each, but not force them to eat a whole serving. Their taste will change as they try things, and as their bodies change.

Hey there I use Kids Pro (Chocolate/ Vanilla flavor) for my daughter and she loves to eat veggies specially potatoes in any form.... you could also make delicious veggie soups specially tomato soup and try giving them to your lovely girls.... I am sure that would help....

Hi there! My son is 6 and he loves veggies. We have always had veggies and fruits in our house. I have noticed that he perfers fresh fruits and veggies to canned. Be sure to try different ones, and let them decided. My son loves banannas with peanut butter or yogurt. Try different spritz and dippers. His favorite is raw cucumbers, tomatoes, and fresh baby spinach leaves. I use those salad spritz on them and he gobbles them up! I hope my advice helps!
