well i can try but all this water means i can only get about by boat which makes moving any significant quantity of water difficult. I can however do a rain dance for you

Here in central KY we were asked to conserve water last year in my area, because it was an extremely hot and dry summer. Other areas nearby even had water conservation enforced. Farmers had to slaughter cattle because there was not enough grass for their herds.
So far so good this year. It's still too early for us to get there. And we had an extremely wet winter to make up for the summer. We probably will be fine this summer.

I live in California and water shortages are a way of life. Yet, there are a ton of people and business that don't seem to realize it. I've been out in the rain and see sprinklers going and most of the water is hitting the street. It's gotten better in that regard, though. Recently, I've been hearing more and more about artificial grass. A lot of people swear by it. You still need water to clean it off from time to time, but way less than real grass. I also like that some people are xeriscaping their landscapes, too.

I don't think our area is having a water shortage now, but in the summertime, we rotate days when we are allowed to water our lawns. I think it's nuts though, the way my hometown is growing. If it keeps expanding the way it has been, we WILL have a water shortage, really soon.

Our City is nowadays running into Water Problems On and Off.Till an year or two back we didn't face anything like this. The reason for occasional Water shortage is the rapid increase in population which is using up Water supplies. The saviour for the City I live in are the various Lakes that house the Rain Water and are the primary probably only source of Water for the entire Population. There are lakes in all that supply the cuty it's water.

in our we are not facing the problem of shortage of water and the main reason to the shortage of water is poor maintainance and not storing the rain water and let it flow to the sea. In our area we have adopted water harvesting techniques and avoid the shortage.

nope-we're actually doing good for once.since the economy hit the skids, people aren't travelling here,so the hotels aren't using up our water.it's amazing what a surplus we have this year because of it.

There is no water shortage in our area, thank God for that. We should really start using water more wisely in order to keep it here on earth and not be so dirty and unusable.
