I got a video camera from there and they sold me the wrong one I took it back and didn't have any trouble exchanging it and even got some money back

I don't buy anything in Best Buy. They sell bot working items that later on they charge 15% on restocking fee.
After one serious problem I am staying away from them.

I have no problem with their return policy and there can be exceptions made as I have to return a compter and the restocking fee was waived.

I'm hoping to not have a problem with them. I'm getting ready to take my Ipod in for a fix soon. I have the extended warranty on it. For some reason, the headphone jack isn't giving me the sound I want it to. Hopefully it's not going to be a huge fix for them, but I don't know if I'll be able to deal without my ipod for two weeks. I'll have to bust out the old cds again and listen to them until the thing gets fixed up.

yeah if ya read it first but I havent even thought to read the back of a sales slip and they dont tell you anything about it when ya buy Its with other store too I think it meantioned Sears also so I guess we need to read the back of all sales slip!

I always buy from Best Buy. I love Best Buy. I have never had a problem with returning anything. For instance we got a printer/fax/copy and scanner all in one package and 2 years later the printer kepted giving us this dang carriage jam. We got the extended warranity on this when we purchased it and I beleive it was a 5 year warranity. We took it in 2 times with the same error within a 2 day period and I said this is crazy already do something. We got a new printer on the spot. I have never had a problem with Best Buy. My family has become pretty close to the workers at our local Best Buy.
