How to choose a paint color for a small bathroom

Small bathrooms pose problems for many home decorators. While a small bathroom can be cozy and intimate,choosing the wrong paint color can make this space feel cramped. There are several paint schemes which help to transform your bathroom into a spacious sanctuary for relaxation.

yes, if you use dark color in your small bathroom it will reduce the space of your small bathroom, so normally light colors are used in such conditions which make them more spacious and cool to eyes. Also you get mental relaxation by using light colors.

Being a certified Interior decorator, I would also like to say that paint alone is not the only consideration when dealing with opening up a room to feel more spacious and relaxing, you also have to factor in what I call "visual clutter". Dark colors tend to make all things in the room visually "pop". If you have a lot of one particular thing, you can bet the darker color will highlight this and make the room feel smaller and more cramped. I like light colors in bathrooms, especially if they are devoid too , of natural light as some bathrooms are. ;o)

yes dear mayank though there are good many experts who will provide loads of info on the subject even before you start the project but definitely small bathrooms will have their own problems and you cannot think of the feel of a spacious sanctuary, but ofcourse the light paints will give you a spacious feeling and white willbe the noblest...........and the cool one.
